Meridian is a Concierge Psychiatry practice serving clients across Louisiana. Founded by Adult Psychiatrist, Dr. Jurgielewicz, MD. At Meridian we focus on the fusion of clinical psychiatry and integrative wellness, moving beyond traditional symptom management to honor the whole person. Our mission is to bridge the gap between evidence-based medicine and holistic healing.

This is a private-pay, concierge-style psychiatry practice. Dr. Jurgielewicz maintains a smaller patient panel, allowing for longer visits, thoughtful care, and a more personalized approach without the constraints of insurance.
This model also allows for direct communication with Dr. Jurgielewicz between visits for questions or updates, supporting more continuous care.
This practice does not provide emergency or 24/7 services

An initial 75-minute comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Jurgielewicz designed to explore your history, symptoms, and goals in an unhurried setting, allowing for a thoughtful foundation of care.

Dr. Jurgielewicz provides individualized, collaborative medication management with a focus on thoughtful follow-up, careful monitoring, and ongoing adjustment of treatment. Care is designed to be unhurried and tailored to support both daily functioning and long-term mental health goals.

After a comprehensive evaluation of your symptoms, dietary patterns, and health goals, Dr. Jurgielewicz may obtain targeted laboratory testing to assess key nutritional biomarkers. From there, she will develop an individualized plan to optimize nutrition in support of cognitive function and mental health.

Dr. Jurgielewicz offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a gold-standard, evidence-based treatment that addresses the underlying patterns driving poor sleep and helps restore more consistent, restorative rest.
