Dr. Jurgielewicz, MD, founder of Meridian, is a psychiatrist licensed in California and Louisiana who believes meaningful care begins with an intentional partnership. She earned her medical degree from LSU-New Orleans and completed her residency at the University of Southern California, where she served as Chief Resident. She founded Meridian to move beyond the constraints of traditional psychiatry, offering a concierge model that prioritizes time, depth, and a seamless experience that respects the rhythm of your life.

Her approach is integrative, pairing modern clinical expertise with a deep focus on the fundamentals of well-being. By looking at the daily drivers of mental health, including nutrition, gut health, and movement, she looks beyond symptoms to treat the whole person. Certified in Adult Psychiatry, Nutritional Psychiatry and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, she provides specialized care for anxiety, depression, stress, concentration and sleep difficulties, and trauma.
