Meridian offers a optional concierge membership for $49 monthly. Psychiatric appointments are billed separately through self pay or insurance.

For private-pay services, a superbill is provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Private Pay Fees:

75-minute Initial Psychiatric Evaluation — $475

45-minute Follow-Up — $275

30-minute Follow-Up — $200

This initial conversation is designed to understand your goals and determine alignment. If it is a good fit, then a 75-minute comprehensive intake appointment will be scheduled.

Dr. Jurgielewicz’s practice is fully virtual, however on a case by case basis when clinically appropriate she may offer in-home visits.

Please note: all clients must be physically located inLouisiana to receive services.

Dr. Jurgielewicz provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia as part of her practice. However, at this time she does not provide any other therapy services, but can help you get connected with a therapist.

Yes, when appropriate, Dr. Jurgielewicz does prescribe controlled substances such as stimulants and benzodiazepines.

As a Meridian Concierge member, you have direct access to Dr. Jurgielewicz between visits via text, phone call and email. This means you can reach out with questions, medication concerns, or updates without waiting for your next scheduled appointment.
