What Dr. Jurgielewicz Treats
-
Depression doesn't always look like sadness. Sometimes it looks like going through the motions, losing interest in things that used to matter, waking up tired no matter how much you sleep or not being able to sleep. Depression can be subtle, and in busy lives it often gets rationalized away. You don’t have to keep pushing through it alone.
Dr. Jurgielewicz treats Depression with a whole-person approach to understanding what's at the root of it. Treatment may include medication, nutritional support, metabolic evaluation, and integrative strategies.

Poor sleep doesn't just make you tired, it affects your mood, focus, relationships, and health. If you've tried everything and still can't sleep it might be time to get help. There is a better way to sleep, and it starts with understanding why you aren't.
Dr. Jurgielewicz not only draws on the latest evidence-based sleep medication options but also provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, the gold-standard, non-medication treatment for chronic sleep problems.
At Meridian, care for insomnia may include CBT-I, sleep optimization strategies, medication when appropriate, and evaluation of underlying contributors like anxiety, hormones, or nutrition.

Feeling like your mind rarely stops going, overthinking, worry that you cant control, physical tension, disrupted sleep, feeling irritable, and a low-grade unease that follows you throughout the day. Anxiety can often go unaddressed because from the outside, everything may look fine. But feeling this way isn’t something you have to normalize.
Dr. Jurgielewicz takes a root-cause approach to treat Anxiety and Panic going beyond symptom management to understand what's driving your anxiety. Treatment may include medication, metabolic and laboratory evaluation, genetic insights, mindfulness, and nutritional guidance.
-
There's a difference between being busy and being depleted. If you've pushed through for so long that you've lost your motivation, your sense of self, or your ability to feel present you might be experiencing compassion fatigue and exhaustion.
Compassion Fatigue and Occupational Exhaustion are not something more discipline or a better morning routine will fix.
Dr. Jurgielewicz works with people who are high-achieving but running on empty, helping them rebuild from the inside out through psychiatric care, lifestyle medicine, and integrative support.

Dr. Jurgielewicz provides a steady, thoughtful space to help with what you're going through and build your footing again. Care is individualized, and may include medication management.
